The cost of your stay is determined according to the apartment you choose, the length of your stay, and the specific dates you decide on. This quantity is clearly indicated in the booking procedure on our webpage: www.theboutiqueapartments.com
All prices include 10% VAT. City Tax is not included (2,48 € per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 16 are exempt from this tax). Payment must be made in Euros.
Once “The Boutique Apartments” has confirmed that an apartment is available, you will have to send us, via the booking form, details of your credit card so that we can charge you 20% of the total cost of your stay. Once the booking is finalized, you will receive an email confirming the details of it. This email acts as the proof of your booking and as confirmation of our acceptance of it (once we’ve charged you 20% of the total amount due).
You can pay the rest of the total bill when you arrive by using either your MasterCard or VISA credit card or, if you prefer, you can pay in cash.
- Changes in your reservation dates
If you want to change your reservation dates you must let “The Boutique Apartments” know via e-mail (email@example.com) at least 7 days in advance. If there is availability for your alternative dates the change will be made and the new standing fee will be applied. If there isn’t any availability for the new chosen dates and you decide to cancel your reservation, “The Boutique Apartments” cancellation policy will be applied.
- Cancellation policy
Reservations made through this web page will need to be confirmed through the credit card info given in the reservation form. A no show at check-in or a cancellation outside of these terms (7 days before the date of your arrival), will result in an automatic charge to the credit card of the total amount of your stay, as well as the cancellation of your reservation. This cancellation policy does not apply if a special rate indicates otherwise. In which case, please see the specific cancellation conditions of the rate. - Number and identity of the guests
You must let “The Boutique Apartments” know the total number of people that will be in the apartment during your stay, and only the number of people you have specified will be able to use it, and this will always be limited by the maximum sleeping capacity of each apartment. The client must provide his/her name, mobile phone number and e-mail when making the booking. “The Boutique Apartments” reserves the right to ask for the same information from the other guests that will stay in the apartment should it be necessary. It is not allowed to smoke in any of our apartments and animals are unfortunately not allowed either.
- Check-in and check-out
Check-in to the apartments is from 3 p.m. onwards, but depending on availability, they may be ready earlier or later that that time. The latest check-out time is 11 a.m. Please contact us if you need to enter the apartment beforehand or to vacate it later—we’ll do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability. Any departure later than 11 a.m. that is not authorized by “The Boutique Apartments” will be charged as an extra night.
- Equipment, supplies and cleaning
All water, light and gas supplies are included in the Price of the apartment. You’ll be supplied with a complete set of bed linen and towels. If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we will provide a weekly change of sheets and towels. Also included in the price is the daily cleaning of the apartment, if you book through our website (during weekdays only, not on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays), but you can ask for daily cleaning services on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays and additional cleaning of the bed linen and towels and pay these services apart. We will be happy to inform you about the prices for these additional services when we receive your booking or during the check-in.
- iPad mini, hi-fi system and webcam
At your disposal you will have an iPad mini, a hi-fi system with an iPhone and iPad connection, and a webcam in the smart TV. The correct use and maintenance of all three is your responsibility. Under no circumstances should you remove them from the apartment. In the event of breakage or loss, you will have to pay the cost of replacement.
We will provide you with a kit so your baby doesn’t miss the comforts of home: a bath, towels, travel cot, sheets, a baby buggy for city use, and a high chair so your baby can eat by your side at table. You must ask us for these things in advance. Just make a note of them in the comments section of the reservation form or send an email to email@example.com This service is entirely free.
- Extra services for hire
“The Boutique Apartments” can provide you with extra services during your stay: cleaning of the apartment on weekends and/or during public holidays, car park, transfer to / from the airport / cruise ship terminal, etc. These services must be paid for at the moment of booking. You can hire these services when you make your reservation (in the comments section of the reservation form or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org), or by phoning us during your stay. You can contact us whenever you like from your apartment for free. Ask for prices.
- Safety deposit
“The Boutique Apartments” reserves the right to ask for 300 € when you check-in, to act as a safety deposit to guarantee that the apartment and its contents will be handed back in good condition. The safety deposit will be returned to your credit card after your check-out and after our cleaning department assures us that there has not been any damage to the apartment or its contents, or complaints from other clients or neighbours. Please, remember that when you accept our terms and conditions, you agree to the fact that any costs that arise from any damage caused by you or by any other of the occupants of your apartment will be deducted from the safety deposit. Notwithstanding what has been already said, when accepting our terms and conditions, you also accept that your responsibility for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents either by you or any other one of the occupants is not limited to the amount of the safety deposit but includes restitution for any damages caused even when the final amount exceeds the amount of the safety deposit.
“The Boutique Apartments” does not hold itself responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of the apartment by the client, including harm, wounds, loss caused by theft, fire or criminal activity. In the event that during the client’s stay in the apartment there should be a problem that has not been caused by any inappropriate acts by the client that then makes it impossible for the client to stay in the apartment, “The Boutique Apartments” will look for another apartment with the same characteristics subject to availability.
All our clients and fellow companions have to behave in a civic-spirited way, respecting the rules of shared space. When this is not respected, “The Boutique Apartments” will have the right to demand that the apartment be vacated without the client being entitled to any kind of compensation.

www.theboutiqueapartments.com reserves the right to change published information at all times, including prices, descriptions and photographs, and to update any one of these terms and conditions at any time.
- Access to the apartment
To gain access to your apartment we place at your disposal a number code, proximity cards, and a key for the street door. When you leave you must return these proximity cards and the key. Should you lose these, “The Boutique Apartments” reserves the right to charge you 30.00 € for each card and/or 45 € for each key you haven’t returned.
“The Boutique Apartments” cannot assume any responsibility for any money or objects of value left in the apartments and the communal areas of the building, or in the strongbox placed at your disposal in the rented accommodation.
